Over 1,100 Flat Owners in Noida Still Waiting for Registration, Appeal to CM

Greater Noida: Flat buyers of Avenue-7 Society located in Gaur City-1, Greater Noida, staged a protest for the third consecutive week demanding property registration. Registration of more than 1,100 flats in five towers has been pending for the last three years.
The buyers carried out a march inside the society premises and raised slogans against the management. They warned that their agitation would continue until they receive ownership rights. The buyers have also appealed to the Chief Minister for intervention in this matter.
Avenue-7 Society consists of 12 towers. Registration for flats in seven towers has already been completed, but over 1,100 flat owners in the remaining five towers are still waiting. At the time of possession, buyers were assured of an early registration process. They have also deposited the stamp duty fees.
During the protest, residents alleged that the management has not been willing to discuss the registration issue. They claimed that despite repeated complaints, no concrete steps or solutions have been provided.
Among those present during the protest were Gyan Chand Pandey, Sachin Magotra, Lokesh Agnihotri, Sumit Mathur, A.K. Singh, Karun, Deepak, Alok, Rohit, Manoj, and several other residents.
