Sandeep Narwal Becomes Mentor of ‘Gazab Ghaziabad’ Kabaddi Team

Arjuna Awardee and “The Beast” to Guide Team in UPKL Season 2

Ghaziabad: The ‘Gazab Ghaziabad’ team, which is set to participate in Season 2 of the Uttar Pradesh Kabaddi League (UPKL), has appointed Arjuna Awardee and renowned kabaddi star Sandeep Narwal as its mentor.

Known in the kabaddi world as “The Beast,” Sandeep Narwal is considered one of India’s most dynamic and powerful kabaddi players. He was honored with the Arjuna Award and Bhim Award in 2021. Having represented India at both World and Asian championships, Sandeep has also showcased consistent excellence in the Pro Kabaddi League up to Season 9. Now, he aims to channel his rich experience and energy into taking the Gazab Ghaziabad team to new heights.

Team owners Ashish Sharma and Adv. Kartikeya Sharma expressed their excitement, saying,

UPKL Founder and Owner Samabh Jain also shared his enthusiasm, stating that Sandeep Narwal’s presence as a mentor has boosted the morale of the Gazab Ghaziabad team. He added that the team is fully prepared to deliver a strong performance in UPKL Season 2.

The team’s Head Coach is Kiranpal Singh, with Gulbir Singh serving as Assistant Coach.
