Raghu Ram Urges Fans to Catch Andaz Apna Apna in Theaters Again

Rajkumar Santoshi’s cult classic Andaz Apna Apna (1994) has recently re-released, much to the excitement of fans eager to watch Aamir Khan and Salman Khan’s comedic chemistry on the big screen again. Reality show judge and actor Raghu Ram seems even more thrilled than most. He attended a special screening and encouraged audiences to experience the film in theaters once more. Sharing pictures from the event, Raghu wrote, “Meri baat maano, iss weekend ko dost log/family/girlfriend/boyfriend jiske saath bhi jaa sako, theatre jaao aur Andaz Apna Apna dekho. The funniest, funnest film in Hindi film history! You’ll thank me for the recommendation.” His followers responded enthusiastically, with many already making plans to watch it.

Andaz Apna Apna also stars Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon, Karisma Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, and Shakti Kapoor. Two slouchers try to woo an heiress’s heart and thus the resulting chain of comedies.

Speculation regarding a sequel had been increasing following Aamir Khan’s teasing in such directions. Priti, Amod, and Namrata Sinha, who are children of the original producer Vinay Kumar Sinha, recently made it clear that neither Khan nor Santoshi have the rights, and no sequel is officially planned as of now, though fans hold on to hope.
